Join RSN Tutor Sara-Jane Dennis for this Contemporary Crewelwork course and learn how to stitch a jungle design that gives a modern spin on this traditional hand-embroidery technique. Working at your own pace, you will learn a variety of Crewelwork stitches, including Tapestry Shading, Burden stitch, Heavy Chain stitch, Turkey Rug, Whipped Wheels, Pekinese stitch and more. Along the way, you will also discover more about Crewelwork and receive lots of helpful tips to ensure a professional finish to your needle work. The kit that accompanies the course includes the materials you need to create the embroidery along with Sarah-Jane.
